These Terms of Use (the agreement) are provided to regulate the terms under which each user may use the services provided by BeAgent LTD, Company number 13241410, with registered address: Elscot House, Arcadia Avenue, London, United Kingdom, N3 2JU (hereinafter: “BeAgent” or “the company”).
Please read the terms of this agreement carefully.
Access to the website constitutes your signature, that you have read, understood, and agree to undertake this agreement without limitation, and without reservation.
This agreement includes a privacy policy as an integral part thereof and applies to all users.
This agreement has been updated on 03/01/2021 and is valid between you and us from the date of receipt of this agreement, and under its terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion.
Definitions:
- BeAgent – hereinafter: “the company”.
- Terms of use – means a collaboration agreement.
- Account – means the account – a personal control panel, which is created in the company system under your subscription name.
- Service/Services – refers to any website and/or software that is provided by BeAgent.
Service definition:
BeAgent is a saas system that provides a platform for agents. This system allows travel agents to manage their online reservations, easily and conveniently. Our platform allows all agent to advance and operate in the digital world.
To join BeAgent, you will first be required to register by filling in your details in the online registration form on the website. You are required to provide true and accurate details, and to notify us of any change that will occur in any of these details.
By registering, you confirm that the filling in of your details is done with your consent, and with the understanding that otherwise, we will not be able to create your account and provide the service.
BeAgent will not disclose your details to anyone except in the cases listed below:
- In case there is a violation of these Terms of Use.
- In case that you execute any illegal activity, and/or attempt to perform such action through the BeAgent service.
- To the extent that the company receives a court order to disclose details or personal details to a third party.
- In any case of dispute and/or claim and/or demand and/or legal proceedings, which will be between the user and the company.
- In any case where the company decides that the disclosure of these personal details is necessary to prevent damage to the company and/or anyone on its behalf.
BeAgent will create a user for you, and provide you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of the website and software, all subject to this agreement.
From the time of your registration, you are solely responsible for all actions in your account.
Includes saving your username and password information. If you have reason to suspect that your account has been compromised, or that there is unauthorized access to your account, you are required to change your password and notify us immediately.
The registration for the BeAgent service is for each person individually, and you can create only one user account under your name and personal details. Creating more than one account per individual will require prior written approval from the company.
BeAgent reserves the right to verify at any given moment, any information provided by you. Should BeAgent have reason to believe that any of the information you provide for the use of the BeAgent system violates or may violate any of the terms of this agreement, BeAgent may, in its sole discretion, take any action it deems fit, including and without limitation, to terminate your account.
Your registration for the BeAgent service will be determined according to the plan you chose at the time of registration and will be completed after the registration fee has been paid.
You may use this service as long as you comply with the terms of this agreement, and your account is active.
BeAgent will provide you with a tourism website, which provides an option for custom branding and design.
BeAgent will provide you with an online connection to over 2,000,000 hotels and accommodations, at any time.
BeAgent will provide you with an online control panel for running your business.
BeAgent will provide you with private analytics.
BeAgent will provide you with study and promotion tools.
BeAgent will provide you with a unique tool for adding a profit from each sale.
Responsibility:
You declare that you are over 18 years old and that you have no legal and/or contractual impediment to your registration and engagement with BeAgent, and you are legally competent to assume the obligations of this agreement.
You declare that you are a resident of the country you have declared upon registration, and undertake to act and comply with the requirements and laws applicable to you in your country, including reporting income to the tax authorities, and aware that BeAgent will have no responsibility for improper action on your part, and that BeAgent will not be party to any dispute between you and the law and tax authorities. Any false statement will result in the termination of the agreement, without any refund or compensation of any kind.
You are aware that you will not be able to transfer and/or assign your rights in BeAgent to any person and/or entity and/or company and/or any third party, without the prior written consent of the company.
You agree that BeAgent is not responsible for any case and/or event and/or result and/or an act of god and/or act of man which is not, and cannot be under our responsibility. Including, but not limited to, terrorism, natural disasters, wars, uprisings, riots, crime, lack of work for any reason, diseases, viruses, strikes, shortages, disruptions, etc.
BeAgent may upgrade and/or repair and/or operate the service software from time to time, both for a planned reason and a technical reason and/or business activity and/or security activity, etc. As a result, our services may be temporarily unavailable. You agree and are aware that we may notify you of this, but we are not obligated to do so.
BeAgent does not warrant that the service on the website will be uninterrupted, orderly, safe and error-free, and free from unauthorized access or damage, breakdown, malfunction, or failure – all in hardware, service, software, lines, and communication systems.
Your registration with BeAgent grants your confirmation to receive emails and/or messages and/or information from us at any time, even after the end of your collaboration with BeAgent. You can cancel the registration at any time, by contacting the company’s support email and/or by canceling your registration independently via the cancellation link at the bottom of each email.
All relations of the merchant and customer will be governed by applicable law of UK.
Terms of use:
You may use the BeAgent service following these terms, and you undertake that any use and/or mention of the use of BeAgent data on any platform, will comply with all the terms applicable in this agreement. This list is not complete, and we may discover and/or add additional and restrictive clauses, if they constitute unacceptable use, even if not listed below.
- You undertake to maintain the good name of the company and to act appropriately and acceptably when using the BeAgent service.
- You undertake not to allow others to use your account through your license and/or by selling and/or transferring ownership of your account.
- You undertake not to infringe the privacy rights of any person and/or a third party, and will not send any spam.
- You undertake not to use our services for any illegal activity, including the transmission of viruses and/or spyware and/or malware and/or any malicious files.
- You undertake not to market any advertising and/or information that is inaccurate and unreliable, on any platform.
- You undertake not to present and/or link any material and/or any information and/or content that is illegal, with the name of the company.
- You undertake not to exploit and/or harass and/or interfere and/or support any exploitation and/or harassment and/or interference with another person.
- You undertake not to infringe any intellectual property rights and/or copyrights of any person and/or any third party, including a change of trade name and/or logo and/or fonts and/or images and/or information and/or content and/or trademarks and/or symbols, anywhere and at any time.
BeAgent will not be responsible for any information and/or content and/or publication and/or data, which is published by you in any platform and communication channel, neither private nor general. And you are aware, declare and confirm that any publication and/or information/and/or content and/or false data, which will be published by you, will be your sole responsibility, and you shall correct the injustice and/or mistake in front of any party, personal and/or legal, and even compensate for it if necessary.
BeAgent reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change and/or add and/or remove elements and/or software and/or content to the service at any time.
BeAgent will post in the Control Panel any changes that may occur, and you must monitor and review this agreement regularly to ensure you are up to date at all times. Also, to use certain parts of the service, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.
These additional terms, if any, will be incorporated into this agreement, and will form an integral part thereof.
Copyright and Proprietary Rights:
All intellectual property rights related to the BeAgent service, including trade names, logos, design marks, elements, applications, code, graphics files, images, sound files, video, illustration, links, sound clips, and texts, belong exclusively to the company, and you agree and confirm that you will not photograph and/or reproduce and/or copy and/or make any misuse, either in person or by a third party, in all information and details that appear in BeAgent services, without the company’s prior written consent.
You declare that you are aware of the copyrights and property contained in the information and service of BeAgent, and undertake not to make any commercial use of them and/or to cause any change and/or distortion in any information and service and/or part thereof.
You undertake not to use the BeAgent service in a manner that is not under any law and/or that is not agreed and/or that constitutes forgery, alteration, or deletion of information.
You are aware that any feedback and/or note and/or enlightenment and/or offer that the company will receive from you at any time, will not be subject to any law of confidentiality and/or copyright and property.
BeAgent may make unlimited use of it, free of charge and/or monetary and non-monetary compensation.
Supervision, control, and privacy:
BeAgent may monitor the use of the service by users, and suspend and/or remove any user immediately, in any case violating these terms of use.
BeAgent may make changes to the content and/or appearance and/or design of the service, nd perform the necessary actions, to maintain and ensure the proper and legal operation of the website and systems, under these terms of use.
BeAgent services are secured at the highest level. We do our best to provide you with the most secure service.
BeAgent works with the leading companies in website standards, information security, and credit security, to provide safe use of our service.
You declare that you are aware that when performing actions related to registration on the website, the company will be allowed to “plant” text and software files (called “cookies”) on your computer, which will allow the company to identify you while browsing the website. If you wish to revoke this permission, you should contact your browser company, Explorer and/or Chrome (or others), and follow the instructions listed there.
You declare that you are aware that the Terms of Use and/or the use of the service do not expressly or implicitly establish a partnership, employment relationship, etc. between BeAgent and you.
Indemnification:
You are aware and agree, that any damage and/or demand and/or claim, which BeAgent may be sued for, in respect of any action you have committed, will be your sole responsibility to pay for it. You will have to indemnify and/or protect and/or hold us, and everyone on our behalf, including but not limited to the company owners, managers, job holders, employees, affiliates, licensees, and suppliers, without any claim on your part and/or by any third party that may relate to this agreement and/or the provision of our services for you, including any damage that may be caused by:
- Violation of one or more of these Terms of Use.
- The use of our services or the acceptance of the offers contained therein.
- Any violation of your user data.
You are aware and agree that our defenses against such claims apply to you, and we may request and/or demand from you the cost of attorneys and legal expenses, which will be required as a result. To the extent of a claim, we may even agree with the plaintiff’s party, and you will be solely responsible for these damages.
In any case, the company will have no liability for damages and/or loss of income and/or any punitive damages that will be caused.

BeAgent provides a variety of registration plans for your convenience. The subscription will be monthly/annual, according to your choice. Payment will be made by credit card at the time of registration. The payment is automatically renewable, and as long as you do not request to stop the charge, the system will automatically charge you every month and/or year, depending on the plan in which you register for the service.

Additional information for all plans
- Fixed monthly payment for all the plans.
*Meaning if you joined on the 10th of January, the monthly payment will start on the 10th of February and will be on the 10th every month. - Reservation management system.

You can request the termination of service at any time, by clicking the DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT button in the control panel. After clicking DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT, the service will remain available for 14 days in which you can reactivate the account, after which it will be permanently closed.
A credit card, which the system will not be able to charge, will cause the BeAgent services to stop.
Please follow to avoid any inconvenience.
BeAgent may terminate these terms and/or suspend your right to use our service, and terminate the use of the service immediately, without any limitation or prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, you will immediately cease to use our service.
BeAgent will not be liable for any damage caused to you and/or any third party as a result of the restriction and/or suspension and/or termination of use of the service.
BeAgent reserves the right to add additional services and/or plans and/or software at any time.
BeAgent reserves the right to change the cost prices of the plans from time to time, and at its sole discretion.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
The contract with BeAgent is a business contract, and therefore no refund will be issued after registration and payment. Please note this before registering, to avoid any inconvenience.
BeAgent reserves the right to change and/or add to and/or amend this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. We will update on any changes in the control panel, please follow to be updated. Your use of the service constitutes consent to any change and/or addition and/or amend, which will be made.
